Amazing facility. Store clean and easy to access. Only thing I would change would to have bigger scooters to place stuff on.

I made reservation on Wednesday, my son moved in on Fri. Was not told this is virtual facility with no on-site employees. Gate code did not work on Fri. Had to call, got Brad, who gave me a temporary gate code. Also, I was not given a lock combination nor did not know how to obtain one. Had to call back, finally got Brad again, who explained how to obtain combination. THEN, all was ok. Originally at reservation on Wed I gave 5-star review which I would like to rescind. This a fine facility once you know how it operates. I was not given all information and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to ask for.
